This Agreement is concluded between:

2. The Buyer: Any natural person or legal entity wishing to purchase products or services by completing an online form or proceeding to a direct payment on the Seller's website, as defined in Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer").

The Buyer is hereby informed that Wynn Sigel Ltd, through its partnership with Aonghas Hervé Derycker, holds a perpetual license for the MY TIME MACHINE system (also known as the STRANNIK/WANDERER version), including the "Emotional and Emotional Dynamics" module, rebranded in 2017 as STRANNIK-PSY®. Wynn Sigel Ltd is also an authorised distributor of the STRANNIK (WANDERER) product range and also operates the websites www.serenius.co.uk and www.theathanor.top.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to abide by the intellectual property restrictions set forth in Article 11.
Article 1 – Introduction and Scope
1.1 Agreement: These Terms govern the purchase of bespoke digital content and services via www.strannikpps.com. By ordering, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms without reservation.
1.2 Precedence: These Terms prevail over any other documents not expressly approved in writing by Wynn Sigel Ltd.
1.3 Amendments: The Terms applicable are those in force on the date the order is submitted.

Article 5 – Provision of Services (Consultations)
5.1 Human Expertise: All data analysis and consultations are performed by qualified human professionals, not automated systems.
5.2 Service Hours: Conducted Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT/BST), excluding UK public holidays.
5.3 Delivery: Custom reports are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of all required data.
Article 6 – Refund & Cancellation Policy (Bespoke Digital Content)
6.1 No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is personalised or bespoke (made to the consumer's specifications).
6.2 Final Sale: Once the Buyer provides their data and the analysis process begins, the sale is final and non-refundable.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property and Licensing
8.1 License: Digital products are licensed to the Buyer for personal use and are non-transferable.
8.2 Copyright: All algorithms, software, and reports remain the exclusive property of Wynn Sigel Ltd under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Article 9 – Data Protection (UK GDPR)
Personal and sensitive data (where applicable) are processed in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
